3. Return Cost

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, please contact us immediately upon delivery. We will evaluate the issue and offer a replacement, refund, or other appropriate solution at no cost to you.

Change of Mind

If you wish to return an item due to a change of mind, return shipping will be the responsibility of the customer.

4. Items Not Eligible for Return

We do not accept returns for:

• Hats or headwear missing original tags or packaging.

• Items showing signs of wear, use, odor, or damage not caused during shipping.

• Gift cards or promotional items (if applicable).

5. Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges. If you would like a different style, size, or color:

• Return the original item.

• Place a new order once your return is approved.

6. Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected:
